8 Weeks Food Service Management
·Leadership, financial planning, and human resource management.

-Created a “Farm Fresh” theme meal for Aria Health (500+ customers) increasing customer knowledge on healthy vegetables & fruits in season while increasing revenue for the hospital

-Conducted a nutritional supplement audit for the Performance Improvement Project (PI) at all three hospital campuses

5 Weeks Community Nutrition / Electives
· Out-patient clinics, schools, feeding programs, maternal-child nutrition, and shadowing at New York University (NYU)
